Jan Lilius Appointed as INSOL Europe’s Country Coordinator for Finland

Jan Lilius, who heads our insolvency practice in Helsinki, has been appointed as INSOL Europe’s Country Coordinator for Finland for a two-year term. Jan also serves as a member of the Council of INSOL Europe, and he has acted as a member of the Main Organizing Committee of INSOL International and INSOL Europe’s joint seminars in Stockholm (2019) and INSOL International, INSOL Europe, and FILA’s joint seminar in Helsinki (2018).

Jan has vast experience in matters relating to insolvency, such as administering bankruptcy estates and companies under restructuring proceedings. He has also litigated and arbitrated a number of cases relating to other types of business disputes, such as complex construction disputes.
