Valentin advises clients on mergers and acquisitions as well as general corporate, commercial and contract law.
Valentin joined the firm as a trainee in 2008 and he was appointed as an associate lawyer in 2013. Prior to his graduation, he spent one semester studying law at the University of Melbourne in Australia.
Julia has graduated from the Saint Petersburg State University of Economy and Finance and holds a Master’s degree in Economics. She joined Hannes Snellman in 2011.
Evgenia joined Hannes Snellman’s Saint Petersburg office in March 2011. Evgenia works with migration matters in Saint Petersburg office, including obtaining work permits, invitations, visas, providing registration support, representing companies before different state agencies.
Henrik Carlborg specialises in M&A, private equity and real estate transactions. He has significant experience of Russian and cross border M&A transactions, joint ventures, sale and leaseback transactions and commercial leasing.
Nikita joined Hannes Snellman’s St. Petersburg office in 2010. Before this, he worked at a local Russian consulting firm. Nikita has vast professional experience in corporate and contract law, and has provided support for real estate transactions, investment projects, and cross-border M&A transactions. As of late, Nikita has been actively involved in corporate and project financing projects and is a member of our PPP team.
Denis is studying Law in Saint-Petersburg State University. He joined Hannes Snellman in October 2010.
Andrey works as an Associate in our Moscow office. He is a student at All-Russian Academy for Foreign Trade (VAVT) and joined Hannes Snellman in 2010.
Dmitry Yatsenko specializes in corporate law, M&A and private equity transactions. Dmitry has significant experience in advising domestic and foreign clients on Russian and cross border M&A transactions and joint ventures.
