Hannes Snellman's Swedish Real Estate practice made it into the top 10 list regarding total transaction value, while Head of our Real Estate group, Safa Mahmoudi, is number two on the list of Real Estate practitioners who have been involved in transactions with the highest deal value during 2013.

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to APG Asset Management N.V. in its acquisition of approximately 22.8% of the shares in Finland's second largest rental housing company SATO Oyj from Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company. Sato has a EUR 2.4 billion residential unit portfolio.
