Jenni joined Hannes Snellman in May 2013. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, 2009 (Degree programme for Multilingual Management Assistants).
Jenni is currently on maternity leave.
Micaela specialises in corporate and securities market law. Her main focus is on general corporate law, corporate governance related matters and securities market law related advisory.
Micaela has an extensive experience in advising clients on board work and liability related issues, advice in relation to annual general meetings and compliance issues as well as corporate matters. She also has experience of board secretarial work as well as of advising clients in connection with public tender offers and other public M&A transactions.
Anniina advises clients in the field of mergers and acquisitions, as well as employment, general corporate, commercial and contract law.
Max advises clients in the field of mergers and acquisitions, as well as general corporate, commercial and contract law.
Anton works mainly within the field of public procurement and competition law.
Petrus advises clients in the field of mergers and acquisitions, as well as general corporate, commercial and contract law.
Carl-Magnus is heading the Tax practice at the Stockholm office. He has more than 14 years’ of experience as an adviser in the field of Swedish and international corporate taxation. Carl-Magnus has mainly worked with complicated transactions and structuring, but also with tax controversy and day-to-day tax advice.
Apart from his role as an adviser, Carl-Magnus is in great demand for lectures, seminars and round-table discussions both in Sweden and abroad. He has also written a large number of articles on tax and transactions in Nordic trade publications.
Vesa advises clients in the fields of securities law, finance and capital markets as well as general contract and commercial law.
During his studies, Vesa spent one semester studying law at the Santa Clara University in California in the U.S. In addition to his legal education, Vesa has studied economics at the Åbo Akademi University.
Vesa is currently on secondment until 31 August 2014
