Hannes Snellman counsel to DIBS in public takeover

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to DIBS Payment Services in the public takeover offer for the shares in DIBS made by Nets Holding A/S. Nets offers SEK 82.50 per share in DIBS. The offer represents a premium of 45 per cent compared to the closing share price the last trading day before the announcement of the offer. The offer values DIBS to SEK 790 million.

Markus Manninen appointed to the IBU Anti-Doping Hearing Panel

The Executive Board of the International Biathlon Union (IBU) has appointed Markus Manninen to the IBU Anti-Doping Hearing Panel for a four-year term.

When it appears that the IBU Anti-Doping Rules have been violated in connection with IBU testing or testing at an international event, the case will be assigned to the IBU Anti-Doping Hearing Panel for adjudication. Decisions of the Panel may be appealed to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to Sanitec Corporation in the public takeover offer of the shares in Sanitec made by Geberit. Sanitec has only been listed on NASDAQ Stockholm since December 2013. The total value of the offer amounts to SEK 9,700 million and the price represents a premium of 41.9 per cent compared to the volume-weighted average share price over the previous 30 calendar days. The offer has been well received by the market and the Sanitec share price has increased by 53 per cent during the morning.
