We advise on complex procurements and also support companies in tender procedures by outlining strategies, preparing bids, and assisting in contract negotiations. We have represented clients in more than 100 public procurement court proceedings, placing us as the leading practice in the Nordic region and Russia.

Hannes Snellman has extensive experience in PPP projects in Scandinavia and Russia. We have been involved as advisors both on the side of the procuring authorities and that of the bidders and their financiers. As examples can be mentioned the successfully completed Finnish E18 Muurla - Lohja project and the currently (2011) negotiated E18 Koskenkylä - Kotka project. In both of these projects we have acted for the Finnish government. Our lawyers have also been involved in major Swedish and Danish infrastructure related PPPs. In addition we have represented the bidder in a number of municipal school and healthcare related PPPs in Finland. In St. Petersburg for example, we have been involved in the development of large municipal projects.
