EXPERIENCE

Saara advises clients in the field of mergers and acquisitions with a particular focus on environmental and energy related regulatory matters, as well as general corporate and contract law.

Prior to her graduation, Saara completed a year of exchange studies at the Faculty of Law at Helsinki University. Saara’s previous work experience consists of three years as in-house counsel working mainly with contract law and chemical regulatory issues.
