EXPERIENCE

Natalia’s practice is primarily focused on competition and corporate law. She has extensive experience in supporting the reorganization of legal entities with various forms of legal incorporation, including solving problems concerning registering share issues which arise in connection with reorganizations and receiving approval from the antimonopoly agencies of the Russian Federation.

Natalia consults clients on share issues and labour, corporate, contract, and civil law issues. She has also successfully represented Russian and foreign individuals and legal entities before state authorities, e.g., concerning tax, antimonopoly, and registration matters.
