EXPERIENCE

Mika practises in the Dispute Resolution group. As a member of our Corporate Criminal Liabilities team, he focuses on advising clients in criminal proceedings related to intellectual property and proprietary information and work safety offences.

Apart from criminal matters, Mika advises clients in general contract law disputes and assists in advocating commercial cases before state courts and arbitral tribunals
