EXPERIENCE

Mette Vestergaard Huss specialises in intellectual property rights (IPR), marketing law and litigation. She has extensive experience providing legal support to clients with respect to trademark, design and domain name strategies and conflicts as well as advising on advertising and marketing campaigns. Mette has also been involved in a number of large due diligence projects, analysing risks related to IT and IPR.

Further, Mette advises a number of Danish and international clients in connection with IT and IPR related agreements and transactions.

In addition, Mette teaches two IPR classes at Copenhagen Business School as a part-time lecturer.
