EXPERIENCE
Martin is the Head of the Dispute Resolution team in Stockholm. Martin's fields of expertise include both domestic and international commercial arbitration and litigation. Martin has an extensive experience from arbitration proceedings both as arbitrator and as counsel for Swedish and foreign companies in complex construction and M&A disputes. He frequently serves as chairman, sole arbitrator and party appointed arbitrator under the SCC Rules, the ICC Rules and ad hoc administered arbitration proceedings. During more than ten years Martin has been giving lectures on procedural law at the University.
