EXPERIENCE
Maria Lassenius practises in the field of bank lending, acquisition financing, real estate financing, leasing and asset financing, project financing, securitisation and structured financing. Her fields of expertise also cover mergers and acquisitions and company and corporate law.
Maria joined Hannes Snellman in 2002 after having gained several years of experience in another Finnish law firm.

- Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen – Financing the purchase of an office portfolio for Niam V Funds managed by Niam AB. The portfolio comprises 17 properties with a total of more than 100,000 sqm in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area.
