EXPERIENCE
Katarina’s field of expertise include both domestic and international arbitration and general commercial litigation. She has represented major Swedish and foreign companies in a wide range of complex commercial disputes. Katarina has particular experience of handling disputes related to life sciences and the financial and telecom sectors.
Her practice also includes advising clients on matters related to general commercial contract law and intellectual property law as well as on regulatory matters.
Katarina is the co-writer of observations on “ The Rapla Invest AB in liquidation (Sweden) v. TNK Trade Limited (Cyprus)-case”, International Arbitration Court Decisions - 3rd Edition, 2011, and Stockholm International Arbitration Review, 2007:1, and the article “The Swedish Rules limiting the right to appeal against a court judgement in a challenge or avoidance action - a comparative study”, Stockholm International Arbitration Review, 2007:3.
