EXPERIENCE
Ilya currently focuses on corporate and contract law and actively participates in development projects and more recently in developing public-private partnership documentation for future city projects.
Among Ilya’s latest projects, he has participated in M&A transactions, the sale and purchase of companies and their assets, and has consulted on administrative and criminal liability issues.
Ilya began his career as a lawyer in a group of Russian research and production companies, where he provided corporate legal support and participated in various state development projects. He has also engaged in supporting the activities of stevedoring companies, seaports, and companies which process seafood and produce foodstuffs.
