Hannes Snellman’s operation in Stockholm is further strengthened by the recruitment of Italian M&A and commercial law expert Carla Cervelli.

Carla Cervelli will play an important role in Hannes Snellman’s cross-border transactional work. Carla has vast international experience from the leading Italian and British law firms Bonelli Erede Pappalardo and Slaughter & May. She focuses on corporate transactions and has particular experience in real estate and development projects and commercial contracts. Carla Cervelli will initially hold the title Senior Associate.
