Hannes Snellman acted as lead counsel to Ahlstrom Corporation when Munksjö AB and Ahlstrom Corporation agreed that Ahlstrom will demerge its Label and Processing business area, and combine it with Munksjö, forming a new company Munksjö Oyj, now listed on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki. The signing was in August 2012 and closing in May 2013. Hannes Snellman acted as lead counsel to Munksjö Oyj in the IPO.
