Panu, head of our IP Litigation team, has advocated several cases relating to trademark and copyright infringements, oppositions of trademark applications, infringement and novelty of utility models, patent infringements and geographical indication in the recent “Cognac” cases before the Court of Justice of the European Union.
Maria Lassenius practises in the field of bank lending, acquisition financing, real estate financing, leasing and asset financing, project financing, securitisation and structured financing. Her fields of expertise also cover mergers and acquisitions and company and corporate law.
Maria joined Hannes Snellman in 2002 after having gained several years of experience in another Finnish law firm.
Tuire practises in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general corporate law.
Prior to returning to Hannes Snellman in 2009, Tuire worked as an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York.
Within the firm, Tuire has taken particular interest in knowledge management and is a frequent lecturer at the firm’s internal education programs.
Anders specialises in commercial litigation and arbitration. He has advised clients in both domestic and international arbitration proceedings under various rules, and in a wide range of demanding business disputes before the Finnish state courts.
Anders has developed a special expertise in employment litigation and company law related disputes.
Paula focuses on financing transactions and has experience of a wide range of finance related work, such as LBO’s, real estate financings, restructurings and insolvencies, corporate lending and asset finance.
Yury heads our Russian Real Estate practice. He has extensive legal counsel experience in M&A, investment, real estate, conflict management, commercial arbitration and litigation. In addition, he provides a broad range of corporate and commercial legal support to investors, including on establishing new manufacturing facilities and restructuring existing operations.
Apart from these activities, Yury has considerable experience in litigation before commercial and arbitrazh courts at both the regional and federal levels.
Joakim has extensive experience in advising contracting entities and companies in both advisory and contentious public procurement law matters. He has also substantial experience in competition law matters, including merger control and state aid. Joakim acts for companies and contracting entities active in a wide range of business areas including transport, aviation, pharmaceutical and healthcare.
Joakim has published numerous articles in the fields of public procurement and competition law and is a frequent speaker at public procurement law seminars.
Richard heads the Stockholm office and is the Group Head of our Private M&A practice. He specialises in M&A and private equity. His fields of expertise also include information and communications technology.
