We strongly encourage the development and enhancement of our support staff. Providing interesting roles and a wide range of responsibilities to everyone within support teams forms the basis of this approach. We also value an overall “work and think outside the box” attitude and appeal to staff to take pride in their work and their role. Active appreciation and constant awareness of in-house competence is an important tool to make sure that we always have the right people in the right positions. Our support functions work within Client Relations, Human Resources, Knowledge Management, Finance & Control, Office Services and Information Technology as well as provide legal assistance within our business areas.

The professionals in our support teams work in close co-operation with our practice groups and together with our legal assistants play a key role in providing excellent services for our clients.
